Tiffany Taft is the owner and operator of MindBodySpirit Connection LLC. She is Georgia State Licensed, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB - 2004), a Medical Massage Practioner (Aug. 2008), a Certified Geriatric Massage Therapist through Day-Break Geriatric Massage Institute (Sept 2007), a Reflexologist (July 2008), a Aromatherapist (Sept. 2008), a Professional Member of the National organization of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA - 2004), a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA - 2002) and Advanced Pilates Certified through FiTour - 2006. With over 18 years of experience in Healthcare, her focus is on the clinical and therapeutic practice and benefits of massage. She has been studying massage for many years but formalized her training and practice 4 years ago.

Providing the gift of Therapeutic Touch, relaxation, and being a part of your ability to "Live Well" (Holistically) is her gift to the community. This is a passion of Tiffany's, and she truly enjoys the work and nurture her talents bring to individual therapeutic needs of each of her clients.

Tiffany has completed her studies to become a licensed Esthetician and specializes in Holistic Skin Care. Currently pursuing instructor training for Yoga. She continues her education and training to further enhance her years of experience in traditional Western Medicine and her passion for the healing arts of Eastern Medicine and other forms of natural healing.
